Regional Jet Center, which has a range of operations, including maintaining KLM Cityhopper aircraft at Schiphol, is currently facing a variety of changes. The management team therefore believes it is crucial to keep all employees involved. That is why they receive daily briefings about the various measures, plans and any action required.

After all, as an organization, you’re stronger together, and the Regional Jet Center knows that better than any other company. Recently, RJC employees were able to literally sign up to that positive attitude. La Plume Media and Regional Jet Center installed a large banner in the hangar (see below) on which RJC workers could sign their name to support the fight against COVID (using disposable gloves, of course). Employees working from home were also able to sign the banner, simply by emailing their coworkers to ask them to include their name on the banner. All the responses that came in from RJC employees proved that the banner did exactly what it was supposed to do: connect people!
