Hudson’s Bay called in La Plume Media to help roll out and manage its social intranet using Speakap, an internal communications tool. Speakap allows information within the organization to be shared easily and includes a staff directory, a functionality for private breakout groups and an employee chat feature. The platform also allows management of any relevant personal information, for example through an HR portal with pay slips. La Plume Media consulted on the setup and assisted in the rollout and management of the medium.
