After it became apparent at NedTrain and Defense that chromium-6 was being used, the KLM Group commissioned a study into possible exposure to this type of metal. La Plume represented the Regional Jet Center and former Martinair in the communication working group of the file and was also selected as communication agency for the development of several communications on behalf of the KLM Group.

For example, we wrote a summary of the extensive research report, we created a toolkit for managers, and we organized the webcast for (former) employees.

Exceptionally, this time we were not only active behind the scenes, but also in front of it: La Plume’er Veerle fulfilled the role of presenter and moderator during the live broadcast.
