La Plume Media was responsible for PR and external communications at Intertoysduring the 2018 Sinterklaas and Christmas season. In addition, La Plume Media was responsible for external communications on recalls, products and marketing activities. As regards crisis communication, La Plume Media acted as a coordinator and provided input and support for the financial/corporate spokesperson.
