Sogeti I Videos for new employees

Previously anyone joining IT service provider Sogeti would have to follow a three-day crash course on the ins and outs of the company. This onboarding period largely consisted of presentations by employees on a variety of subjects. It was a time-consuming activity for Sogeti employees and a lengthy process for new recruits. Sogeti felt it could be done more efficiently so La Plume Media created thirteen introductory videos, covering a variety of topics: from salary payments and the use of the intranet, to training opportunities, pension schemes and applying for a company car. The onboarding period can now be spent in a more constructive way and takes up a lot less time.
