KLM subsidiary Regional Jet Center is highly committed to employee engagement – especially in these times characterized by distance. Which is why the company gets so much satisfaction out of publishing the staff magazine Flyin’ By.

The fifth edition of the magazine, which offers details about the organization’s various ins and outs, will soon be flying out to the homes of RJC employees.

Team La Plume Media worked with these employees to create the content of the magazine and then got to work on the writing and design. The theme of this issue is the arrival of the E2: a brand new generation of Cityhoppers for the KLM fleet. We spoke to employees who picked up the aircraft from abroad, took a look at the newly renovated warehouse for the E2 and met new RJC employees who will be maintaining the aircraft.
